Job Description

A role as a CAREGiver with Home Instead may help you to progress your career by giving you invaluable professional training, support and career development opportunities.

We are recruiting for CAREGivers in the Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham, Aldershot and Fleet areas right now and are offering :

  • Comprehensive initial training with opportunities to train in more complex care
  • Guaranteed, flexible hours to match your availability
  • Hourly pay from £10 - £12, with discretionary bonus following successful completion of the probationary period
  • A supportive team environment
  • The role involves supporting elderly clients in their own homes with personal care, and includes such work as light domestic tasks, shopping, accompanying on short trips, meal preparation and, of course, companionship.

    Qualifications

  • Experienced in personal care in a care setting (perhaps you are already working as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant).
  • Caring, patient, compassionate person
  • Flexibility to be able to work some evening and weekend hours (highly desirable)
  • Access to a vehicle which you can drive for business purposes (essential)
