JOB PURPOSE :

Head of Data, Analytics and Technology
To manage all aspects of data across RXUK. Reviewing and updating the systems incorporating the latest developments and technologies used.
Working with the business to help embed a data-first’ approach.
To manage the Analytics function for RXUK, developing, managing and embedding a data analytics and data science approach within the RXUK business and working with stakeholders to produce dashboards and visualisations to aid their roles working.
To also work with the RELX Global Analysts and the Head of Data and Marketing Technology to help develop manage and embed a data analytics and science function within RXUK.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Setting up and managing data governance, QA, security, enhancement and cleansing programs. Identifying data issues (within UKDW and GBS), raising tickets and working with the relevant teams (GBS or local) to find solutions to fix them
Analysing the current data set business wide and at an individual show level and advising on data strategies including build, list sourcing, develop and cleanse
Maintaining the integrity of the UK Datawarehouse and identifying new data sources to integrate assisting in the design, implementation and testing of the integration.
Manage and optimise the data collection process, including GDPR compliance and the data aspects of the matchmaking program
Assist insights and the business in developing reports and visualisations for ad hoc research. Work with teams to analyse and optimise campaigns and online activity
Develop a data science and analytics program to gain a much more sophisticated understanding of customers and their behaviour.
Exploring machine learning, predictive modelling and automation of data analytics processes
Manage team of analysts assisting and guiding them in analytics techniques, business engagement and visualisation development
Manage the data team guiding them on segmentation strategies, data improvements and developments. Managing the data segmentation and ad hoc analysis for campaigns
