Your Opportunity A truly unique role combining the opportunity to influence GTR globally blending brand performance with the chance to help manage GTR Europe & gain front line commercial experience.
All whilst also managing a team of two high performing analysts.On the one hand you will be involved in global strategic planning discussions, resource allocation modelling, innovation P&Ls & management of brand A&P budgets.
On the other, you will be getting into the detail on European sales performance, working with the commercial team to drive delivery, managing costs & tracking KPIs in the Europe P&L. About You

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be :
Global Brand Performance :
You will act as lead Finance business partner to the GTR Global Marketing team & Marketing Director
You will help plan & manage brand strategies, marketing plans & A&P budgets (incl. ensuring correct posting of costs)
You will contribute towards GTR strategic planning, IAP, resource allocation & annual budgeting process
You will act as a leader for Measurement & Evaluation of spend in GTR
You will evaluate innovation opportunities, supporting P&L development in line with KPIs
You will lead in providing analytical & financial support to the GTR Europe Team
You will manage timely & accurate reporting of key financial deliverables, costs & budgets for the GTR Europe region
You will help evaluate performance against plan, challenging forecast assumptions & identifying opportunities & risks
You will work closely with the commercial & marketing teams in building plans to win with our customers & consumers
You will help maintain a strong control environment to protect against risk & ensure integrity of reported information
You will manage and coach a team of two high performing analysts
You will act as a leader within the broader GTR Finance & RGM team, helping set team agenda and playing a key role in projects
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Significant experience in financial / strategic analysis gleaned from experience in a consumer goods / retail environment or professional services
Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills required in order to achieve results across the organization
Comfortable organizing & prioritizing multiple deliverables & resource constraints to optimize results
High comfort modelling & understanding large & complex data sets into useful information & insights
Education : Accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA or equivalent). Degree level with strong results
A positive, can-do, attitude to problem solving in supporting the team as we continue our journey towards the Best10
A team player, comfortable working across cultures, with a global mindset (occasional travel will be part of the role!)
A passion for understanding the international consumer and how we can appeal to them as they travel
An agile mind and a desire to always be learning
An ability to see the bigger picture as well as the detail, to help GTR set our longer-term targets and to act as a navigator as we head towards them
