5+ years experience of senior business stakeholder relationship management, including strong influencing and negotiating skills and change management.
Experience with business strategy development and execution experience in a project leadership role. Strong experience with leading QHSE.
NEEBOSH qualification desired. Project Management qualification desired. Experience providing strategic technology advisory services to clients.
Knowledge of a broad range of areas including : ƒæ Business operations design & analysis ƒæ Business strategy development, proposal workshops, governance and effectiveness ƒæ Strategic roadmap & execution plans ƒæ Minimally, basic Business CAD and operating space plans ƒæ Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness ƒæ Business process outsourcing, sourcing and vendor strategy Your responsibilities and key accountabilities : - Develop and nurture business relationships with all resident businesses to manage insights into anticipated future requirements, gain understanding of performance of the client Property Team in meeting business requirements, and provide senior leadership contact point in each team for the Property Team engagement.
g. areas, work station numbers, meeting room capacities, and associated ratios with appropriate analytical expertise. - Deliver annual workstation planning process by gathering and collating formal business workstation requirements.
Develop and manage any subsequent re-stack or moves programmes. - Maintain accurate occupancy statistics for all resident businesses to, support overall space strategy and hold informed discussions with businesses on on-going space allocation.
Develop Statement of Requirements (SoR) and feasibility studies to formulate occupancy and resource requirements. - Support delivery of crisis management plans by resourcing the Business Relationship Manager role in the Office Space Continuity Team, maintaining required contact information for all resident teams to enable effective OSCP execution in the event of any incident - Maintain up to date floor plans for all sites - Manage off-site furniture store in a cost effective manner maintaining a schedule of stored items and ensuring the inventory reflects likely future business need.
