About the Role :

As a principal systems integration consultant, you will be undertaking a leading and / or senior role in delivering systems integration activities primarily across major UK Rail projects.
You will be an experienced system engineer, ideally with knowledge of rail and across the project lifecycle. Experience outside of the rail industry is also considered.
We are looking for problem-solvers who can help us to evolve, improve, modernise and excel in delivering systems integration services to our current and future clients.
You will be able to work as part of a wider project team, leading a team of systems engineers and / or working as an individual to meet our client needs on projects.
You will be expected to be able to scope, plan and execute a systems integration approach on projects, and lead on engagement with clients to obtain agreement on proposed plans.
In addition to providing general systems integration consultancy, you will also be able to provide specific systems engineering discipline expertise on an as required basis.
You will be experienced in selecting the appropriate tool and techniques to meet the stakeholder and project needs.
You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and have a track record in delivering systems integration in a client focused, agile and responsive manner.
You will have demonstrable experience in delivering systems integration projects to a plan, delivering on time cost and quality, along with challenging the status quo being future focused identifying opportunities for innovation.
You will be joining one of our growing teams based in London, Birmingham or Manchester, but supporting projects across the UK and internationally.
You will be expected to contribute to the on-going development of the team supporting internal capability development and knowledge management.
Experience in bid development is beneficial to support business development activities.
We are looking for candidates with the ability to make a difference, who can pro-actively lead systems integration activities, collaborating and promoting the adoption to existing and potential clients.
We are after individuals who will embrace turning challenges in to opportunities while being held accountable to standards beyond the norm.
Interested candidates should possess an engineering or physical science degree and have chartered status with a relevant professional body.
