Job Description :
An exciting and varied opportunity has arisen for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our Clothing and Home Supply Chain & Logistics team.
You will be adept in using structured problem solving techniques to drive improvements in visibility across our end-to-end supply chain, working alongside stakeholders toidentify pain points and provide solutions.
You'll be working cross-functionally across Clothing & Home (including our Buying and Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain teams) to identify these challengesm, using data analysis to quantify real issues.
This role is based at our Head Office in Paddington. We are advocates of flexible working, and as such you will need to be based for three days in the office, the remainder of the time can be at home or one of our satellite sites.
Key accountabilities and measures :
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and tenacious problem solver and a motivated self-starter, and Project Management experience is a must.
Managing ambiguity to get to the root of complex problems will be one of your strengths, alongside being data driven with an analytical mindset.
You must be able to pull meaningful insights from large amounts of comprehensive data and therefore be procient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel specifically.
Intermediate Excel skills required including vlookup, pivot tables, concatenation etc). You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change.
Finally, our ideal candidate will have strong communication and influencing skills with effective stakeholder management -
we'll need you to present your results and solutions with confidence and own the room!
