Operations Manager Corporate Reception - Central London - £40 - £45 + excellent benefitsThe Opportunity : An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager / Client Services Manager to provide leadership and direction to all of your direct reports (Account Manager's).
You will be working for a leading Corporate Reception provider managing their prestigious client accounts within an impressive portfolio covering the whole of London.
These accounts will include institutions such as : Law Firms, Investment Banks and other Corporate Business Centres.Each account manager will have a number of contracts to manage and they will have small teams of corporate receptionists at each location below them.
As well as leadership and direction you will be actively participating and assisting with sales leads, tenders, presentations and site show rounds.
Client experience, financial & KPI management are also key elements to this role.You must be a proven leader that has managed large teams, ideally in a multi-
site environment although this is not essential.Working hours are Monday - Friday business hours What You Will Need : * Experience of leading large team within a high-
