Youll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the product, from acquisition, to onboarding, to delivery and our community.

Once here, you will be
Articulating the product vision to the ProdTech and wider team
Understanding customer needs through research and market data
Writing epics and user stories in collaboration with design and engineering
Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
Tracking releases and sharing development updates with the wider team
Participating in team ceremonies (stand up, retrospectives)
Supporting designers and engineers with any questions they have
Always keeping an eye on the what next opportunities, ensuring we are analysing and iterating on our core product offering
What you bring
Youre happy working with a delivery team, but have the experience to help transition towards positioning us as a product team.
Were working to shift towards having less emphasis on the output and greater emphasis on the outcome
Youve worked with teams whove utilised Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Youre comfortable collaborating with our UX researcher, designers and engineering team, ensuring involvement and communication happens at the right time
Youre experienced with backlog management and involvement in the research, design and engineering stages of product development
Youve got strong stakeholder management skills with experience in prioritisation and setting a clear vision for the team
