Bright A Blind is currently expanding both in London and in other parts of the country and 2015 has created an opportunity to expand its relationships and business within the construction sector.

About the role of Account Manager : The role is to build on and extend the company’s contacts in the construction & facility sectors in order to expand in this area and capture a share of the 2016 blind business.

This will involve traditional account management activities.

  • It is fundamentally a business development and relationship oriented role so it will involve : identifying where opportunities may arise;
  • building relationships with the key people; and then making the sale.

    There will be a lot of help and support in doing this but the person in this role will be the principal point of contact with the customer, potentially at a high level.

    What will you need in becoming the successful Account Manager?You will be from a B2B indoor telesales industry and have a strong construction sector background.

    You will also need the personal skills to build strong relationships and sell our services and the commercial nous to make sure that deals are done on the best terms possible.

    This is a demanding business development role and so it is likely that you will have spent many years in the sector and already be well known amongst at least some of the target customer group.
