The Role :
Your role will be to provide administrative support to our HR team with the configuration and implementation of our new HR and Payroll systems.
Specifically you’ll assist with the input and importing of HR data (such as working patterns and employee records) creating system training manuals and supporting the HR Team in testing the new system, identifying errors and finding appropriate solutions to resolve these.
Whilst having HR / Payroll experience would be particularly helpful; it’s not essential. What’s more important for this role will be your ability to review data logically, accurately and in a timely manner and being confident using databases and excel.
Whilst the role will be based from home the successful candidate will need to be able to attend regular face to face meetings in the Gloucester / Bristol area.
