A leading independent, multi-professional consultancy located in the Cardiff area are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their highly regarded consultancy.
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be providing technical support to the senior surveyors carrying out a mix of both professional and project work across south wales.
As the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working on a range of projects predominately for clients in the public sector including;
defence, healthcare, education and more.
The Role of The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will include;
Preparing plans and specifications
Carrying out the full remit of traditional building surveying duties
Working primarily with public sector
Working with AutoCAD
The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have;
BSc or MSc Building Surveying (HND considered)
1-year experience of building maintenance, refurbishment and alterations
Knowledge of building principles
Full UK driving licence
In Return, The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will receive;
£20,000 - £26,000
