In return, you will receive a competitive salary £21,875 per and will receive a shift allowance of £3,847 per annum (2 shift) or £7,658 per annum (nights).

The roles will be on an initial 12 month temporary contract and the hours of work will be either a 2 shift rotation or night shift.

Skills and experience required to be our Production Operative :
You will ideally have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and be comfortable working with a wide range of machinery including high speed filling equipment.
A good standard of PC literacy is required as is the ability to adapt and be flexible. You will also be required to meet production targets and follow standard operating procedures whilst ensuring quality in your work, therefore it is essential that you are organised and have great attention to detail.
As an individual you will have a drive to succeed, a can do attitude and be a great team player.
