Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

  • Opening post and monitoring Accounts Payable mailbox for invoices / credit notes and statements
  • Scanning invoices
  • Download invoices from suppliers websites
  • Ensuring invoices are coded and processed, and sent out to the business for approval
  • Following up approvers for outstanding invoices
  • Weekly filing of the paperwork produced in the department
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Ability to code invoices accurately on a timely basis, processing a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis
  • Attention to detail, and understanding of accounts coding structures
  • Highly motivated and positive, with a can-do attitude
  • A team player who enjoys change and working in a fast-paced environment
