Within Ocado Group sits Platform Implementation, whose mission is to orchestrate the implementation of Ocado’s platforms globally’.
This department focuses on the full programme management life cycle of the implementation of our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) - from pre-deal, through to the design, construction, installation, testing and go-live’ phases (with all the process and portfolio management in between).
This department is instrumental in ensuring we deliver these CFCs on time, to budget, and to the specific requirements of each client.
We're looking for a Project Manager to join the Change Programme function of the Project Office team. This role represents a huge opportunity to contribute to Ocado Group's success and to help shape broader changes as we progress through our change programme - providing active and dedicated project management leadership to all internal change projects, acting as a subject matter expert and partnering with the Programme Manager and other Project Managers in the team.
Internal cross-functional projects could include process creation and / or improvement, software implementation, role and responsibility definition, target operating model set-up and tool and template development - all projects instrumental to ensuring the business is set up to continue its rapid growth trajectory.
This position requires an individual with strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels and a background in end-to-end delivery of business projects and transformation.
This role is based at our head office in Hatfield, limited travel may be required.
