The School of Aviation and Security has been delivering Aviation Management programmes for 20 years and we are looking for two new academic lecturers to join our team.

The post holders will be specialists in Aviation and / or tourism management who will have gained valuable sector experience in the specialism and will have the appropriate academic qualifications.

You will lead elements of our undergraduate programme and provide specialist input into other programmes at postgraduate and undergraduate level.

You will need to be prepared to travel both within the UK and overseas in connection with the School’s course delivery, partnership programmes and business development activity.

Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with expertise in training pilot programmes, aviation management or tourism management.

However, we are keen to talk to applicants who feel they have the skills and capabilities to build on key relationships, understand aviation regulations and can bring new ideas to the team.

For the Senior Lecturer role in addition we would expect experience in training, either through industry or HE, and with relevant qualifications.
