Have you managed large teams of professional consultants and developed new client relationships in the Yorkshire market?

They provide project management, cost consultancy and building surveying services to a wide range of public and private sector clients in healthcare, defence, education, residential, commercial and leisure sectors.
You will take responsibility for a team of 10+ project managers both in the region and be directly responsible for developing new client relationships in the whilst maximising existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in a relevant construction discipline and be professionally accredited as a member or fellow of at least one professional body such as the APM, CIOB, RICS, ICE etc.
You will be able to demonstrate 15+ years’ experience in a construction project management related position within a consultancy or client-side role.
