Responsibilities will include :
Collaborate with the marketing team to build marketing campaigns for our partners.
Responsible for ensuring the pages are merchandised and attractive having both the user and enterprise in mind.
Liaise with external partners to create new site campaigns.
Work with design and engineering teams to optimize the site experience.
Handling new merchant proposals and requests from local businesses.
Working with marketing managers in the ecommerce space, to maximise profits for key brands on the platform.
Analysing brand performance to maximise the return on investment across key accounts.
Creating and optimising marketing content to directly communicate with customers.
Working closely with the merchant team to maximise commercial opportunities.
Analysing data to engage, retain and re-engage customers on the platform.
Role Requirements :
Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
Evidence of ownership and leadership.
Use initiative and judgement calls to make decisions.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to respond to ad-hoc requests and multitask.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Thriving on working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
