The Training Facilitator, Business Learning and Development supports the Global Business Solutions org in London. This role partners with a team of facilitators focused on providing best in class onboarding experiences for GBS new hires and a sound framework for continued education supporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS) Establish collaborative relationships with Talent Development team and North America training partners Actively support management and facilitation of New Hire Onboarding programs for GBS UK employees Cultivate relationships with teams across GBS to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions Develop and deliver continuing education programs targeted for functional efficiency and effectivenessWork closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies Support the development and implementation of a Sales Academy, underpinning the sales narrative and methodology Curate and centralize learning content (videos, guides, presentations, playbooks etc.
for ease of access and use by all teams Lead training facilitation for team offsites, summits and org -wide events as neededEvaluate need for and partner with training vendors to deliver targeted training solutions, when appropriateFocus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis ( e.
g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)Support other learning projects as neededQualificationsRequirements -Bachelor’s Degree-3+ years experience in digital advertising preferably in Training, Sales, Marketing, Operations or Client Solutions functions -Expert level knowledge of Sales function within the digital advertising landscape -Passion for learning and people development -Strong presentation and facilitation skills-Experience developing training materials (e.
g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)-Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly -Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships -Highly collaborative spirit -Comfortable with ambiguity -A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done Nice to have -Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
