Location : South England - covering London, Berkshire, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset and Buckinghamshire

Salary : £43,000 per annum + £4000 car allowance

Hours : Full Time

Contract type : Permanent

Further Details : An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a highly reputable private healthcare provider.

The role will be providing support to nursing homes based in the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Regional Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a forward-thinking company with excellent opportunities for future progression.

This position covers a range of beautiful nursing homes based in London and on the South Coast.

The role involves the Regional Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to provide support either in the absence of or in addition to the Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager at the homes.

It will also include the training of staff and the on-going mentoring and support of existing Nurses in the business. The services in this area specialise in the care of elderly residents and specialised dementia care.

Person Specification : Applicants must be RGN or RMN or RNLD trained and must hold a valid NMC PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is essential, as well as experience within elderly and dementia settings.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
