Job description

To provide administrative support and assistance to the regional engineering teams, supporting our operational service delivery, site audit and compliance commitments in accordance with the client.

Key responsibilities

  • General office administration supporting the on-site and remote engineering teams within the assigned region.
  • Completion of on-line time sheets & Inputting of staff over-time and dealing with payroll queries.
  • Provide HR support to include Holiday charts, collating holiday forms, training records for on-site team.
  • Processing, co-ordinating and ensuring all necessary paperwork is sent to HR for all New Starters, Leavers, Movers, Change of Personal Details or Change of Job Details.
  • Professional and personal competencies / qualifications

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Good level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
