About the role The Revenue Enablement Manager is responsible for the success of the Sales Organization. The Revenue Enablement Manager will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement Team and localize the learnings for their specific geography.

You will also develop tools and resources to maximize sales team performance. You will work closely with the entire sales organisation to ensure that Sales Leadership gets the support they need.

You will be a Sales or Revenue Enablement Manager professional who has experience developing sales learning materials, enhancing training and onboarding programmes, and delivering new and improved programmes

What You'll Own

  • Manage the onboarding programme for new sales reps that engages and encourages positive behaviour from sales reps
  • Develop course curriculums that scale to the learner's requirements / position via Brainshark, Confluence and WalkMe DAP content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs by identifying and tracking metrics and measurements that improve rep productivity
  • Work with cross-functional teams to agree on plans, product updates, and our priorities
  • Identify performance gaps within the sales organisation and design onboarding content to improve and influence results, working closely with sales leaders
  • Supports product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales force.
  • Work with the Revenue Enablement Manager Programme Manager to manage multiple Revenue Enablement Manager projects and coordinate Revenue Enablement Manager activities that promote productivity and bookings.
  • Engage cross-functional subject matter experts to share expertise in onboarding sessions
  • Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
  • What You Need to Succeed

  • Relevant work experience in digital adoption, Revenue Enablement Manager, instructional design, or sales training
  • Contribute to and lead small work groups, process team and focus groups
  • Advanced Skill in using computer software applications such as Google Suite
  • Instructional design experience
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functionalprojects or programs
  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and programme management
  • Experience working in a sales, marketing, customer success, or sales operations role
