As a Senior Client Services Associate, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing the best in class support to our EMEA Intermediary Clients.
You’ll see opportunities and issues and help them access the strategy that’s right for them. And, while you’re guiding them through their prospects, we’ll look after yours with excellent career development opportunities.
In this role, you will :
Build an open dialogue with the clients supporting them with finding solutions for any escalated requests and complex queries whilst strengthening our loyal client relationships
Plan and prioritize outreach to clients, including scanning notable events, monitoring client interactions and reviewing client notes
Work with internal partners to help identify a solution to complex client queries that you may not be able to answer
Work alongside senior management to build your financial acumen and network
Seek out opportunities for success
You’re a relationship builder, motivated by doing what’s best for your clients, colleagues and community. In conversation, you uncover clients’ real investment goals and their potential need for guidance.

What it takes
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent training and experience)
Experience in the asset management industry and interested in pursuing a career within client services
Excellent communication and team working attributes
Fluency in the Italian language essential
