You will be keen to provide customers with the very best experience and will consider good customer service a priority. Having an understanding of the priority placed upon health and safety procedures and the willingness to learn about this area.
You will understand the rules and etiquette of golf and foot golf in order to assist your customers. You will be skilled in actively engaging with our customers, promoting our products and services.
You will have the opportunity to learn alongside your work.
Ensuring that the range is fully equipped is important. Collecting balls, but also ensuring ball collecting equipment, machinery, range mats and balls, outfield targets and golf course equipment is in good condition with a sufficient level of stock.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be a requirement to work shifts corresponding to the opening hours of the Golf Centre.
