Great opportunity now available for a Product Specialist to join one of the UK's leading providers in their field based in Harrogate.
You will be an intelligent self-starter with a pro-active approach to your workload. The Product Specialist will assist in the development, enhancement and lifecycle of products within the relevant portfolio in accordance with the documented processes.
Responsibilities of the successful Product Specialist will be :
Identify new opportunities, cost reductions and service improvements
On-going service maintenance and updates
Maintaining the customer Service definition and SLA
Assisting with customer pricing for all components of the service
Monitor progress against the corporate financial plan
Support for sales and marketing activities
Ensure that internal service documentation and procedures are available and maintained
Creation and maintenance of technical files and documentation related to the products to support internal and external stakeholders
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly and confident with a 'can do' approach
Ability to work well within a team but with the confidence to work on own initiative
Innovative / Pro-active approach to decision making and problem-solving
A high degree of literacy and numeracy
The ability to construct clear and concise product marketing / technical documentation
Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
The successful Product Specialist will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £30,000 working Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.
