Reporting to the UK Team Leader Specialist, this role primarily provisions PC and IT Consumables to all V&A Accenture UK new joiners following agreed policies and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
IT Consumable Provision
Responsible for the review, purchasing, distribution and change to consumables provided as part of the Customer Enablement function.
Ensure products, pricing and supply chain for required IT consumables remains fit for purpose and evolves.
New Joiner Service Delivery
Responsible for the new joiner PC scheduling and deployment process for all new joiner activity completed by the Customer Enablement function.
Supervise work related to PC enablement for new joiners and transferees to the UK practice ensuring correct receipt of all required PC and IT consumables.
Supervise work related scheduling of internal customers for PC replacements for health and safety requirements, lost / stolen PCs, Mac Enablement requests, Developer PC requests.
Liaise with various third parties to resolve operational issues relating to new joiner service.
PC Upgrade Programme
Responsible for the ongoing UK PC Upgrade Programme to ensure Accenture people are regularly invited to upgrade their Accenture workstation.
Ensure upgrade programmes are created and maintained; working with the UK Workstation lead to ensure all relevant data is captured during PC Upgrade process to enable accurate reporting of work completed.
Manage queries relating to PC Upgrade Programme from customers, either via the IT Service Desk and / or the shared mailbox and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
Responsible for the management of V&A stock and process, from order / delivery through to disposal.
Management of team customer escalations through to resolution while keeping Enablement Services Specialist informed of progress and outcomes.
Regularly review processes utilised within the Enablement function and propose and implement improvements with necessary approvals.
To ensure the successful delivery of team KPIs relating to new Joiner Enablement and Stock areas.
Produce and maintain regular reporting of team activities associated with New Joiner, PC Enablement, PC Upgrade Programme and Stock areas.
Demonstrates a basic understanding and awareness of the core CIO Products and Services which Technology Services offer, be aware of the correct paths to self-educate and reference further detail.
People Developer and Relationship Management
Ensure adherence to Accenture performance management process.
Effective team collaboration across our support teams both locally and globally.
Be cost aware, ensuring focus is maintained in providing the right costed solutions for our customers.
Proactively suggest ways to ensure services remain cost efficient.
Be aware of our cost recovery mode and ensure its correct use when delivering services.
Working with off-shore teams providing asset management services to ensure asset uploads and changes are accurate - informing Enablement Services Specialist of issues related to the service as well as areas for improvement.
Update the asset management tool to accurately account for movement of IT hardware in accordance with asset management processes.
Manages Accenture provisioned IT assets and equipment, working to agreed processes, polices and security standards using knowledge of internal service operations and business requirements.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Be proficient in use of Microsoft products to the following levels :
PowerPoint - Basic
Microsoft Outlook - Basic
Basic understanding and use of ITSM Remedy, ServiceNow or equivalent incident management tool.
Standard work hours of 09 : 00 to 17 : 30 typically apply. However, a flexible working attitude is required when considering global teams and critical milestones within project delivery.
Office based. A level of travel and working from other customer or client locations may be required from time to time.
