Key Duties :
Structuring of insurance solutions trades including : Determining the risk profile of the business to be assumedAssessing key risks and developing proposed mitigants Termsheeting proposed transaction to aid negotiationDrafting of transaction documentationTransaction Execution Maintenance of the existing transaction portfolioDevelopment of new insurance solutions structures
Candidates will be judged in the whole based on a combination of aptitudes, skills and experience. The skills / experience listed below will each be considered a positive factor in such assessment, and whilst candidates are expected to possess several of them, lack of any specific item above should not prevent candidates from applying.
Qualifications required :
Qualified Actuary with more than 2 years post qualification experience
Experience required :
A good understanding of key insurance concepts including : Actuarial modellingSolvency II capitalInsurance accounting Experience with Building actuarial modelsWorking on transactions and their documentationWorking in a capital management or risk management functionProviding advice on capital management or risk management issues Knowledge of standard European product types (with knowledge outside of the U.
