Experience in working alongside children in a Primary setting and have the confidence to talk about how you work in the classroom and the progress your children have made, particularly with the development of Reading and Writing.
Have at least two education based references from your most recent employer(s) which are GOOD or OUTSTANDING.

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a GOOD two form entry Primary School in Maidstone who are looking to source a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1.
Teacher from February half term 2020, to cover a maternity leave until December 2020. This is a full time role and the successful applicant will be expected to take on the full responsibilities of the Teacher who is going on maternity leave, this will include leading a subject in school and partaking in parents evening.
The school is graded as good’ by Ofsted, with high standards across the board.
The departing class teacher describes the class as lovely & lively’. She stated the behaviour and attainment in class is good, with children making good progress.
The Head teacher has expressed, the school are not looking for a supply teacher’, but a practitioner who will contribute to all aspects of school life who will form good working relationships with the school staff.
A proven track record raising attainment in KS1 is essential.
The head has stated she would like CV’s from interested applicants sending over by January 17th. The head will then invite suitable for teachers for an informal chat / observation to the back end of January.
