The Cloud Solution Architect supports European business and Oracle requirements, provides pre-sales technical support to the Sales & Vendor Teams around the Arrow Cloud business.
The Cloud architect is responsible for engaging with the relevant local teams, owning technical enablement, and building joint propositions with the Business Development Managers (BDM) team.
Missions :
Cloud architect will be a member of the Oracle team to support Arrow’s European business and requirements.
Helping partners with deployment
Channelling enablement within Arrow and its partners
Participation in RFPs (request for proposal) for key customers.
Design, management & delivery of cloud demonstrations & labs.
Responsibilities :
Duties will include but are not restricted to :
Working closely and co-operating with clients on development, architecture and design of cloud and solution architectures
Provides pre-sales technical support to the Sales & Vendor Team covering Oracle Cloud
Be the technical focal point for engagements around demonstrations, potential cloud solutions & programme expertise supported by the relevant vendor team for expertise.
Remain knowledgeable & fully certified with a strong understanding of current industry technology (specifically Cloud), trends, and the competition.
Key Skills / Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience
Oracle experience preferred
Knowledge of Agile & Development Management tools.
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle
Experience with Application Migration and Upgrades
Understand Sizing and Management Tools
Networking and Security knowledge
