Job Role :
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will lead and manage a team of approximately 10 assistants to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers.
Your team could include assistants from any of the following divisions; the sales team, fitting rooms, personal shopper, travel money, wedding services or click and collect desks.
In this role, you will provide clear direction and support to your team to ensure customers are aware of our products and services.
The effective communication of key business messages will be essential in ensuring their daily activity is focused on achieving customer service standards throughout the store.
A friendly and helpful approach is essential, which you will ensure is delivered at all customer engagement points. Through your coaching and leadership, your team will be fully engaged with delivering the best possible service to every customer on every occasion.
With responsibility for staff rotas and resource planning, you will be expected to ensure appropriate staffing levels are well maintained.
You will take accountability for the recruitment and development of your team, conducting regular reviews to enhance and address individual performance.
