Customer Communications Manager Reading - 6 Month Contract - £350-375 per day

You will be joining a multinational organisation in the field of financial services who aim to create market leading, customer led propositions sold through multiple channels with a strong focus on mobile and digital.

You will be tasked with managing a team who deal with all external communications within this business area. You will review existing material, create new material and amend documentation that will be pushed out to targeted customers.

Role requirements :

  • Analytical mind-set
  • Delivery focussed with logical approach to problem solving and prioritisation
  • Ability to create compelling customer driven servicing, operational and customer journey communications
  • Stakeholder management of seniors and peers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace in a changing environment
  • A passion for delivering the right outcomes for the customer while balancing against the needs of the business
  • Financial services experience
