Requirements

  • Oversee all aspects of the Product to create and deliver superior customer satisfaction and market success while providing long-
  • term value for the company

  • Ensure the design is efficient from a performance and maintenance PoV
  • Ensure the user experience is intuitive and comprehensive
  • Ensure the data dictionaries / rules are clear, consistent and well documented
  • Drive the Product roadmap vision of the offering to the market, monitor new regulatory drivers, propose new business case where significant additional spend required.
  • Ensure the product is comprehensive and competitive relative to industry requirements and competitors
  • Ensure the product is v10, Data Lineage and SaaS certified
  • Monitor support capabilities and ensure sufficient resourcing and skill sets are available
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved and unresolved issues are escalated to account management
  • Agree and prioritise technology features required to support the product with the CTO
  • Work with training to provide robust training materials / courses - internal and external
  • Forecast (with Sales) Revenue targets (ACV + services + SaaS + Managed Service)
  • Project and prepare business case for annual budget or intra-cycle budget requests
  • Monitor Product revenue and expense P&L (sign off on monthly Kronos reports)
  • Work with sales / marketing on go to market - messaging, pricing, sales campaigns, attend conferences etc.
  • Manage partners related to the Product in conjunction with partnership manager
  • Ensure pre sales is sufficiently supported - lead in the sales process whenever possible train additional pre-sales resources to ensure scalability.
  • Validate RFP / RFI submissions are accurate and reflective of the product capabilities
  • Flag resource gaps to line managers as required
