The team here at Kier Infrastructure are trusted to deliver on the UK’s most critical national infrastructure projects. From Crossrail to Hinkley Point C, our building work spans once-in-a-lifetime urban regeneration and landmark commercial developments, right through to cutting-edge laboratories and large-scale public sector facilities - completed end-to-end by our in-house team with the expertise and vision to deliver high-value, complex projects.
Kier Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a General Foreman to provide the efficient management of site resources, labour teams and sub-contractors.
In this exciting role, you’ll ensure the safe delivery of section of a project, in accordance with the project scope. You’ll work alongside the Construction Manager to manage risks and ensure the works are efficiently delivered.
You’ll also ensure the SHE register is maintained and is focused on the SHE plan. You’ll manage CSCS card records, record sheets and the Quality Assurance file, whilst monitoring team members performance and providing effective feedback.
What are we looking for?
You’ll have a proven track record of successfully delivering the works element of a project and have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS certificate.
You’ll have a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and effective communication skills. We’re also looking for strong competency with MS Office and good commercial awareness.
