Senior Marketing Executive (Based Newport, UK)

This role supports the marketing, with commercial and business process and sales analytics needs of Liberty Steel Continental Europe and fits within a larger Liberty Steel Global marketing requirements.
You will be responsible for marketing & Sales at LSCE and other rolling mills and managing day to day support of sales and customers of LSCE with analysis and interpretation of commercial aspects of business.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, confidentiality and security is maintained.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
The role of a marketing executive encompass commercial, creative and analytical responsibilities. Executives are likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, sales reports, interpreting business metrics and nos.
pricing and also sales compliance with forecasts of locations and units
Liaise between the marketing departments of all units in Europe and coordinate with the central marketing node of LSCE.
Record and report industry trends and competitive analyses to improve customer relationship-building and aid the marketing and sales at the unit level.
Interpreting the sales nos. and compliance with Budget and forecast.
Prepare, monitor and record the market share of each units and their products in the markets and countries being sold.
Support the process of generation of all pricing related information including price forecasting to the units (Galati, Ostrava, Leige-Dudelange, Magona, UK) in the process of generating their MRF on a monthly basis and also for short term and long term planning and budgeting process.
Analysis of the performance of the units based on the sales reports and interpreting.
Co-ordination with the units of LSCE to develop marketing MIS reports
Must have capabilities :
An additional commercial experience and financial background is desired in this role with proper understanding of Financials and sales aspects to interpret business metrics from the sales reports and budgets.
Experience Required :
Commercial experience and adept with data interpretation and analysis
Advance level knowledge of Excel, word, Powerpoint and publisher
Industrial or B2B marketing / sales experience
Strong & confident communicator, both verbally and in written format.
Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
Demonstrable mix of skills, including technical ability with a high level of innovative thinking.
Familiar with IT system and business excellence process of marketing and sales support.
Analytical thinking and creative thinker.
Sound knowledge of analytics, infographics, statistical tools for data interpretation and reportage.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
Graduates from any degree discipline. However, a degree or postgraduate qualification in a subject such as marketing, economics, business, statistics or sociology may be beneficial or preferred.
Driving License or alternative means to travel.
