You will be working as part of fast moving and collaborative working environment. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the HR Department with a focus on Recruitment and Training & Development and will have every opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in all areas within the HR Function.
Position Summary To assist the Human Resources Manager and the Director of Human Resources in maintaining positive internal and external relationships with both Ambassadors and Managers.
Provide a consistent high standard of HR Support, training design and delivery as well as non administration support to the Human Resources Department to deliver achievement of the business goals and strategies.
Position works with HR team to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resources Office including Recruitment, Training and Development.
Ensuring on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of our 'customers' and enable business success; ensures compliance with legislation and Marriott International operating procedures.
