Liaising with recruitment agencies on live vacancies
Preparing advertisements for the recruitment page on the Barton Willmore website
Supporting the People Team, with general HR administration tasks, including : Coordinating Work Experience placements, Preparing introduction emails for new starters, Maintaining accurate and complete personnel records, Supporting with employee benefits administrative responsibilities, Managing the People Team and Benefits email inboxes
Supporting the People Team with other general HR administration tasks such as the employee onboarding process.
Have a strong academic record
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Are flexible, able to prioritise high workloads and meet deadlines
Are confident in using the Microsoft Package, including Word and Excel
Have strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour
Are a committed team player and have experience of working collaboratively within a team
Understand the importance of treating sensitive information confidentially
Have an interest in recruitment and Human Resources and are committed to ongoing personal and professional development
Previous office experience, in particular administration experience, would be advantageous.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm
