  • Creating Job and Person Specifications for 13 nationwide offices
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies on live vacancies
  • Preparing advertisements for the recruitment page on the Barton Willmore website
  • Supporting the People Team, with general HR administration tasks, including : Coordinating Work Experience placements, Preparing introduction emails for new starters, Maintaining accurate and complete personnel records, Supporting with employee benefits administrative responsibilities, Managing the People Team and Benefits email inboxes
  • Supporting the People Team with other general HR administration tasks such as the employee onboarding process.
  • Requirements

  • Have a strong academic record
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Are flexible, able to prioritise high workloads and meet deadlines
  • Are confident in using the Microsoft Package, including Word and Excel
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour
  • Are a committed team player and have experience of working collaboratively within a team
  • Understand the importance of treating sensitive information confidentially
  • Have an interest in recruitment and Human Resources and are committed to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Previous office experience, in particular administration experience, would be advantageous.
  • This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm
