Job Description :

The H&W Domain is undergoing material growth in clients, as well as a rapid transformation of product capabilities and service delivery models.

The PM will have a unique position within the H&W Operations team to deliver outcomes that require tight coordination with teams from across the H&W Domain Product Squads, Technology teams, Operations functions, Client Service team members.

This portfolio of work is key to realizing our objective of delivering the best service levels in the industry. As the PM, you will create the internal strategy for a portfolio of initiatives, develop comprehensive delivery plans, influence others to execute, track deliverable status, and manage communications to cross-functional stakeholders.

In essence, you will represent the entire Operation to ensure this work is fully represented and successfully executed. The PM will also identify potential risks and effectively communicate or escalate to the team, leadership, and stakeholders as appropriate.

The Value You Delivery

  • Representing Operations in the H&W Advance team’ by organizing the subject matter experts and activities within Operations to understand what is custom and what is standard for our evolving operating model
  • Ensuring the voice of service delivery (client & associate) is connected into the Tribes for development prioritization, product & feature inputs, quality control design, and scale considerations.
  • Coordinating with key cross-department stakeholders with the release management process by understanding the service delivery impacts of new capabilities and managing their acceptance into the Operation
  • Organizing Operations resources to ensure timely updates to business processes, user procedures, and quality control protocols.
  • Partnering with Performance Solutions on the development of training content for Operations
  • Influencing prioritization, operational responses, and client action plans as part of the incident management process
  • Building and managing readiness plans to ensure high quality service levels and day 1 readiness’ for new implementation and migration clients.
  • Influencing others to work with an attitude of continuous improvement and openness to change
  • Providing the internal teams as well as senior management with clear and concise status updates of the overall status on a regular basis
  • Establish standard processes and modes for delivery and communication across H&W.

  • You have a sense of ownership to manage the overall enablement of new product capabilities for large groups of H&W clients
  • You can organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities which will allow you to balance and execute on different initiatives & plans at the same time
  • You have strong communication skills for consistent and timely messaging such to keep large, matrixed teams aligned across varying levels of detail
  • You can effectively collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes across multiple, diverse business teams
  • You can navigate ambiguity and are self-motivated to resolve issues and deliver outcomes
  • You can create and deliver compelling presentations and have strong communication skills for status delivery, coordination, and training to varying levels of the organization
  • You are creative to prepare enablement & change management plans and materials to ensure successful process adoption
  • The Expertise You Have

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
  • 5+ years of health care and / or benefits administration experience preferred
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Strong MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint skills
  • Some relevant experience with communications, documentation, and training
