Job Summary :

Responsible for ensuring product with stock and imagery is categorised to site across all territories in a timely manner.

Working closely with buying, marketing and studio teams to ensure that priority styles are loaded to site within agreed timeframes

Also working with our Visual Merchandisers to ensure that capsules and campaigns are launched in line with the launch timings.

The jobholder will also continually seek to improve processes to ensure the most efficient and commercially effective relevant methods of working across the platforms.

Attention to detail is key and is of the upmost importance when it comes to categorising the product as it comes to site.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Publishing all products that are available for sale across the relevant sites and territories, with the correct : Image, video, product information including category attributes.
  • Working with studio, buying, marketing, IT and the warehouse to ensure all priorities are published inline with business requirements.
  • Managing any problem styles through to resolution to ensure all products are available for sale e.g. missing images.
  • Manually separating each colourway of each product to show separately on the website where required.
  • Holding any products which may be held for launches.
  • Through effective relationships across the brand and understanding of all business needs, continually strives to identify improvements to processes for own job role.
  • Undertakes alternative duties within the department including visual merchandising as dictated by business demands, work load levels and under direction of Head of Merchandising
  • Health & Safety :

  • Is an ambassador for the brand
  • Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct manager or senior management, including Head of Human Resources.
  • Assists colleagues by completing tasks outside own job role when requested, including supporting associated companies.
  • Maintains own working area in a professional and organised manner.
  • Always strives to improve the department’s operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.

    The working days for this role will be Wednesday to Sunday (37.5 hours a week)
