Platform is looking to appoint four new Board Members to help guide them through the next stage of their evolution. One of the roles is a Board Member (Customer Services).
This role is pivotal in helping to set the strategic direction of the Group, ensuring good governance is adhered to and that the viability of the organisation is maintained.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering excellent customer service for businesses that have sizable customer bases.
You will have held a senior leadership or Executive role that is focussed on Customer Service, and been involved in guiding an organisation through a change or advancement in their business strategy.
A commercial outlook and understanding of what is needed for an ambitious organisation to deliver, is essential for this Non Executive position.
