The Global CRM Automation Manager will be an integral part of driving engagement, working across teams including Marketing, International, Analytics, Commercial and IT to help deliver a world class customer communications experience.
Through a deep understanding of our userbase and their goals, you will identify predictive triggers and implement a strategic segmentation and automation approach which will inform the content and timing of communication flows and achieve our goal of audience of one’.
Collaborating with multiple teams across the business, you will lead strategy and ensure that local CRM delivery teams have the tools and capability to execute world class CRM.
You’ll be focused on these key deliverables :
Develop customer segmentation and automation strategy
Work with Marketing, Insight and Analytics teams to develop customer segmentation approach and user journeys
Together with the country CRM Managers, identify key trigger moments’ when we can add value to customer
Map out user journey flows and technical requirements
Work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to shape propositions
Maintain CRM deliverability standards
Stand over Global Deliverability strategy
Monitor deliverability and ensure local best practice to ensure quality of work and deliverability rate are maintained to a high standard
Increase personalisation across CRM campaigns
Identify and map out opportunities for dynamic templates
Leverage CRM platform’s functionality to increase relevancy of content
Ensure ClearScore users receive communications through their preferred channel
Implement ongoing Test & Learn habit across CRM
Develop a culture of experimentation in the Comms Squad team
Map out Test & Learn roadmap across all CRM activity
Drive meaningful insights from results and share best practice across the business
Ownership of data within CRM platform
Work closely with Analytics, Dev and Product to build up database of user and event attributes within MA tool to enable CRM to deliver audience of one’ experience
Ensure highest quality of data with MA tool, from database integration through to segment building process
Develop monitoring system to maintain quality of data
Maintain a process to ensure we have a reliable and repeatable approach to building segments
Ensure technical excellence
Work with our tools / partners and local teams to ensure we have the right tools for the job and are leveraging these tools in order to deliver technically excellent communications.
Educated to degree level or have an equivalent Professional Marketing qualification, as well as 5-year experience in a relevant consumer marketing role
