SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION :
As part of a team you will be responsible for providing an excellent, welcoming and efficient service to all customers. Support people to find information and resources they need.
Promote customer choice and enjoyment in reading. Assist customers and promote use of IT and digital services.

The working hours for this post are 9.30-4.00 every Saturday (30 mins lunch)
