Your team; The Times Engineering. Creates and supports the digital platform for The Times and The Sunday Times that delivers news and features to our readers via our iOS and Android app, and our website.

Your role : Associate Software Engineer. We are looking for a passionate engineer who is near the beginning of their career to join our team based in London Bridge.
Day to day you will : As an Associate Software Engineer you will work in a team to deliver great software whilst learning and developing your own skills and knowledge.
You’ll work closely with other engineers and a Principal, who will all be there to help, support and grow you.
What we’re looking for from you : You’re an engineer with a passion for learning and self-development. You have a good working knowledge of at least one coding language, understand the basic principles of build tools and automated deployment and know what good code looks like.
You understand the importance of testing, writing clean code and collaboration. More than that, you'll have an attitude that is keen and open for growth and learning.
As an Associate Software Engineer you’ll be contributing to production systems very quickly and be mentored by your peers and team members.
