We arelooking for a hard-working, self-starter to join the SuiteSuccess Last MileSolutions Team. A Senior Solutions Specialist on our Last Mile Solutions Teamwill use their NetSuite configuration experience and industry domainexpertise to configure new SuiteSuccess Solutions. They will have a strongunderstanding of core NetSuite processes and functional implementationcapabilities using the full range of NetSuite’s native configuration tools, toinclude but not limited to - Dashboard Configuration, Saved Search and Reportcustomization, SuiteFlow configurations and SuiteBundler with SuiteScriptcapabilities a plus. Strong written skills and attention to detail are keyrequirements as this role is also responsible for the creation and upkeep ofsolution documentation utilized by NetSuite Sales and Professional Services aswell as our NetSuite Partner community.
SeniorSolution Specialists will work closely with our SuiteSuccess SolutionManagement team to identify core requirements for new solution construction orexisting solution updates. They will also showcase our solutions to theindustry influence teams to ensure they met or exceeded the solution requirements.
·Work directly with the SolutionManagement team to translate business requirements into functionalconfigurations.
·Ensure the creation ofdomestically competitive products per market per vertical both at launch and onan ongoing basis.
·Create and maintaindocumentation associated with SuiteSuccess Solutions.
·Showcase SuiteSuccess solutionsto the Solution Management and vertical/regional influence teams to ensureproduct readiness per market.
·Conduct testing and qualityassurance in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by the StrategicInitiatives’ standard operating procedures.
·Participate in businessplanning activities and ongoing progress reporting with the senior leadership.
·Track and respond toSuiteSuccess support tickets to ensure proper installation of our SuiteSuccesssolutions in customer accounts.
·Work directly with NetSuiteSupport organization to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Skills and Expertise:
·Bachelors’ degree preferably inBusiness, Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development or equivalent
·Demonstrated ability tocommunicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written andverbally.
·Ability to translate businessrequirements into functional configurations on the NetSuite platform.
·At least 2 years’ experience ofNetSuite functional or technical consulting with a strong and demonstrableproduct understanding including process flows, dashboard configuration andpublishing, saved searches with formulas, comfort in SuiteFlow & SuiteBundlerwith SuiteScript knowledge a plus.
·Experience with Agile deliveryprinciples.
·High level of comfort withambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
