Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor Industrial Placement , you will support and learn technical skills like managing the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise planned gross profit.

Assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks and value work executed by sub-contractors.

You will obtain 12 months’ worth of Industry experience building on your current knowledge and putting your studies into practice.

You will be required to take a year out from university, please ensure your course allows for this.

What do we need from you?

To really make the most of this opportunity, you will have a passion for working within our Utilities business, flexible with travelling to various projects within the region and you are on course to achieve a 2.

1 or above in an Quantity Surveying degree discipline programme that must be accredited by a professional body. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence, as the role will require travel.
