Operations Executive - Digital Health Health Tech Social Care Industry Shoreditch, London

We're a funded, revenue generating health tech business, providing a CQC regulated service. At Vida, we not only provide best in class healthcare services, but we are always pushing the industry forward with innovation.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious operations executive to join our team. S / he will be the cornerstone for building new and optimising existing processes, taking charge of content delivery of products in our pipeline and working closely with our senior management, product and care delivery teams to ensure the internal operations of the company are the best they can be.

The ideal candidate will be a self starter , ambitious, have a strong interest and some exposure to tech, whilst embracing the startup culture.

Please note that this is an entry-level position.

Candidates must have :

Essential :

  • Be logical and a self starter
  • Always be willing to learn
  • Presentable and articulate
  • 2.1 or above from a leading university
  • Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about managing and implementing technology products
  • Nice to Haves :

  • Previous experience in a similar role, designing and implementing processes in a commercial setting
  • Experience in the Health and Social Care Industry
  • Operations Executive responsibilities :

  • Design and improve standard operating procedures to ensure Vida become the best-in-class care provider in the UK
  • Managing processes and their documentation to ensure they remain up to date, relevant and accessible to the relevant team members
  • Collect regular feedback and provide regular training for all process users
  • Liaise with the product team to ensure the productisation of our operations processes for sale into Care franchises and the Social Care market
  • Ensure all company processes are compliant with industry regulations, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and GDPR.
  • Manage company IT and Cybersecurity
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulation and new technology trends to ensure processes are always at the leading edge in the industry.
