    Your Dream Role

  • We are looking for a diligent Administrator to join our Campaigns team within our successful Aftermarket business.
  • This position will be responsible for processing contractor’s invoices, assisting with parts orders and the general administration of the campaign process.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and adhere to the timelines and guidelines set by the campaign.
  • Coordinate work with the RSM, FSE, & Subcontractors to accomplish the assigned campaigns.
  • Monitor campaigns’ schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Procure and place orders for parts required for the campaigns.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with the part planners to ensure material arrive on time.
  • We are a fast-paced business with often competing priorities. Work cross functionally internally and externally to deliver customer and business requirements.
  • Roles like this don’t come along often you will have exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and complex projects.
  • About You

  • This is the perfect role someone who is organised, has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communications skills are essential both verbal and written.
  • You will be IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft packages.
  • Relationship building will come easily to you. You will be confident and won’t shy away from working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Maintain credibility with internal and external customers and suppliers, even under pressure.
  • Driven, curious, and passionate about delivering the highest quality of work at all times.
  • Things can be hectic here so you will have the ability to work on multiple projects unsupervised, often to tight deadlines.
  • Generally, someone who is approachable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
