Patient Experience Facilitator
The Patient Experience Department is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic member of staff to join their team. You will provide the team with day-to-day administrative support predominantly focusing on supervising the volunteers in the Welcome / Meet and Greet team and managing the rota.

The role is varied and involves facilitating volunteers as well as patient messages and the property drop off service.
You will also support the PALS with the complaints process as required and evaluating feedback from patients via other methods such as Friends and Family feedback cards.
Candidates would ideally need to have had previous experience of supervising / working with volunteers and of working in a customer focused environment.
Previous NHS experience of a very busy demanding department with the ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy and understanding, a flexible can do’ attitude, excellent communication / interpersonal and IT skills.
The successful candidate will have strong administration and organisational skills, exemplary attention to detail, and an ability to work well within a team.
