We are looking for reception administrators to join our 'bank' team. Bank reception administrators provide cover during annual leave, sickness and high volume periods.
Working as part of our bank team will suit someone who would like the challenge and variety of working in different areas, does not need set hours per week / month and would like a degree of flexibility with regards to hours / days required to work
Our bank staff provide efficient administration secretarial support to the medical secretaries, assisting in the smooth running of the office.
Initiate tasks and prioritise work under the guidance of the secretaries.
Essential skills and experience required :
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Good basic PC skills, including word excel and outlook
Excellent customer service skills
High degree of accuracy and ability to self check own work.
Good communication skills at all levels
Experience in a customer service environment
Experience with bespoke computer systems
Switchboard experience would be an advantage although not essential
