JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

GIAM Governance is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Identity & Access Management platform. This role will be responsible for a mixture of daily operational work and project deliverables, including data analysis, establishment of policies, continuous monitoring and governance of the service, and documentation of processes associated with the IDM platform on a global basis.

There may also be some involvement with technical design and system integration.

Documentation

  • Develop and define a wide range of documentation, for example process documents, presentations, functional specifications, etc. as required
  • Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness
  • Communicate (and / or train as necessary) on documentation content
  • Conduct IT analysis & reporting

  • Proactively conduct ad-hoc as well as regular analysis of IAM system, documentation, processes, data analysis, etc. as required
  • Producing summary dashboards and reports as needed
  • Governance and standards

  • Investigate IT procedures, standards and / or guidelines
  • Conduct analysis on whether IAM policies / standards are being followed
  • Promote and enforce risk policies
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (within IT, the business, strategic vendors / outsource partners, among others)
  • Coordinate with other functions (e.g. HR / Operations) as necessary
  • Ability to develop relationships and positively influence key, strategic position holders across locations and functions
  • Information collection

  • Investigate IT procedures, standards and / or guidelines (including AGCS as well as Group IT standards)
  • Evaluate existing systems / processes
  • Solution development

  • Develop concepts and solutions for AZ Group IDM system when required
  • Designs & procedure
  • Take part in global project teams as required
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

    Required experience :

  • IT Professional experience (ideally IAM sector)
  • Experience of data analysis and summarizing results
  • Process documentation and workflow design
  • Knowledge of Database platforms (SQL, Access)
  • Required education :

  • In relevant field such as IT, computer science, business
  • Professional qualifications preferred
  • Technical skills :

  • Analytically minded; data analysis, problem solving, critical thinking
  • Experience and working knowledge of IAM systems (e.g. Active Directory, Identity Managers etc.)
  • Process workflow & documentations skills
  • Database platforms (SQL, Access)
  • General skills :

  • Strategic Planning : Ability to develop, implement and communicate strategies to address important trends or changes in the business
  • Stakeholder Management : Ability to develop and positively influence key, strategic position holders across locations and functions
  • Communication & Presentation : Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story
  • Change Management : ability to transition individuals, teams, and the whole organization from a current state to a desired future state
