  • Jenni Woolley at CK Group is recruiting for an Admin Compliance Associate to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Cambridge on a 6 month contract basis.

    Hours of work are : Monday - Thursday 8 : 30-17 : 30 and Friday 8 : 30-15 : 00.

    Located less than an hour away from London by train, the role will be based in Cambridge, one of Britain's most beautiful cities.

    Set in the Cambridgeshire countryside, the city is home to 31 university colleges, some of them dating back to the twelfth century.

    Our client first established a presence on the Cambridge Science Park more than 25 years ago. Today, Cambridge still remains at the forefront of science and is one of Europe's most important biotechnology clusters.

    The Admin Compliance Associate will support the promotion and adherence to all healthcare compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include :

  • Administrative support for healthcare compliance team (as applicable) including assisting with document / contract template revision
  • Developing and tracking compliance assurance metrics
  • Assisting in the development, implementation and administration of local healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools, systems, job aids and trainings
  • Supporting staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance within the business.
  • Administrative support for healthcare compliance team (as applicable) including assisting with document / contract template revision
  • Provide support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs
  • Develop, revise and update compliance metrics & management reports
  • Ensuring that appropriate records are maintained to support healthcare compliance activities e.g. Training, Monitoring, Audit follow-up, etc
  • Assist in writing / revising local healthcare compliance procedures and training and capturing in the appropriate electronic systems e.g. EDM Quality & LMS
  • Staying up to date on the evolution of local country Code and company Policies and Procedures
  • Support healthcare compliance program as directed by manager
  • Healthcare Compliance program documentation as required.
  • To succeed in this role, you will have experience, skills and knowledge in the following areas :

  • Excellent Microsoft office package user Organised Technical capably - as will be using in house compliance system Salesforce experience would be ideal Attention to detail
