Our client is a web-development and web-solutions services agency, and they are looking for an Account Director to help them manage existing clients across mid-
market and Enterprise sized companies. As the Account Director, you will be tasked with a consultative approach to building relationships with clients.
Role and responsibilities
As the Account Director, you will have the following responsibilities :
Manage multiple accounts, within the Mid-market and enterprise space
Attend client meetings and conduct presentations
Spot opportunities to further develop the accounts
The Account Director will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure a strong client relationship As the Account Director, you will ideally need to have the following qualifications and experience :
A solid background within the digital marketing agency world
Comfortable managing multiple accounts
Great communication skills
A sound ability to conduct in depth, detailed presentations This company are going through a massive growth phase, having nearly doubled their headcount over the past 12 months and they are looking for the right person to come on board and really help drive customer service and commercial activity.
